 Q: How do I go about getting an estimate from you?

Q: How long do orders take: 

A: Lead Time is depended on the approval of the artwork and calculated accordingly. 

Q: Do you have Express services on branding, e.g. 24 hour delivery?

A: Yes we do, speak to our friendly team members to see if we cant squeeze you in. 

Q: Can you Screen Print 1000 t shirt in 1 day?

A; Yes we can with 1 colour print. 

Q: What is cut make and Trim?

Cut, Make, and Trim, or CMT for short, manufacturers cut the fabric, make the clothes as per the design, and trim them with the trimmings. The designs and raw materials are provided by the clients, although a few CMT manufacturers may provide items, such as hangers and boxes

Q Can I get my sublimation order the same day: 

A: Sublimation orders have to go though our cat department. please speak to one of our friendly staff. 

Q: What is t shirt Friday?

T shirt Friday is all Fridays where you can bring your t shirt to get it branded while you wait. 

Q: Can I drop my clothing for branding and collect later?

A: Yes you can. 

Q: How long will it take for you to complete my order?

A: Depends on the type of of print needed. e.g. T shirt prints are done in 24 hours.  Speak to our friendly staff for a quick responce on the workflow and how long will your order take. 


Q: What is the best file format for submitting a document for printing?

A: Best file format is a vector file. Not an image converted into pdf. Please see video (link). 


Q: How well will what I see on my monitor match what I see on paper?

A: To get almost accurate colours needed, you need to provide us with Pantone colours you need. In some cases, we will make sure first that you get swatches before production is completed so that you are accurate of the colour being printed .


Q: What is a proof and why is it needed?

A: Proof are final file of what will be printed which the client must sign before we go into production. Its needed so that you make an informed discision on the print you need. 


Q: What are the different grades of paper and their respective basis weight?


What is the difference between coated and uncoated paper stock?

Q: What does "print ready" mean?

A: Print ready means a vector file that has been sent for print without us editing it or enlarging it. 


Q: What are Pantone colors?

A: Pantone provides a universal language of color that enables color-critical decisions through every stage of the workflow for brands and manufacturers


Q: Is white considered a printing color?

A: When screen printing or DTF printing- in most cases it will be for t shirts printing. 


Q: What is sublimation printing?

A: In simple terms, it's a method of printing that transfers a design into a material or fabric using ink and heat. In the world of apparel, it's a game changer in that it allows whole garment prints — designs that go seam-to-seam

Q: What is the size for A1 Correx board?

A: A1 Size is  594X841 mm. 


Q: What different types of materials are you able to print T-Shirts on?

A: there are different types for different application?

1. Cotton T shirts prints

- 1 colour print- You can use vinyl. Prints can be from Pocket size to A3

- Multiple color print Printeable vinyl or DTF  - Prints can be from Pocket size to A3

- Sublimation: Printing of Full colour t shirts, sports apparel on 100% polyester fabric 

Q: Do I bring my fabric for t shirts printing?

A: Only when you printing on cotton material. All sublimation printing fabric is sourced in-house. 


Q; What file format do you best prefer when sending artwork?

A: Vector Format is always the best 

Q: Can I bring my artwork in a USB/Memory Card? 

A: Artwork is best sent via email or we transfer as we do not accepted any 

USB/Memory Card? 

Q: Can I place an order, pay for it and get it later?

A: yes you are more than welcome to do so. 

Q: How do I submit information for my order: 

A: You can submit it online or via email team@gtprint.co.za. 

Q: What if I want to cancel my order after it has branded will I get my refund?

A: Orders are scheduled from the 24  hours after artwork has been approved,
